A business intelligence dashboard is one screen that shows your key business numbers, such as sales, open quotes, cash and costs, updated on its own from your tools. You see where you stand today instead of waiting for month-end reports.
Start with five to eight numbers you act on: sales this month against last month, open quotes, unpaid invoices, cash coming in, gross margin and where new customers come from. Each number should lead to a decision; anything else is noise.
Looker Studio is free and works best with Google Sheets, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Power BI is stronger with Excel, Microsoft 365 and larger data, with a small monthly fee per user. We choose based on the tools you already use.
Yes. We connect invoicing and accounting tools like Moloni, InvoiceXpress, PHC and Primavera, plus Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics, so the numbers update on their own without anyone exporting files.
A dashboard has a fixed price agreed before we start, set after the free audit, depending on how many data sources and screens you need. Licences for tools such as Power BI, if needed, are separate and shown before you decide.
A first dashboard usually goes live in two to five weeks. Most of the time goes into connecting and cleaning the data, so the numbers match your accounts. We then add screens one by one as you start using it.
Most dashboards update every hour or once a day, and some sources can update every few minutes. You choose what you need. Each number shows when it was last updated, so you always know how fresh it is.
Excel reports are built by hand, go out of date as soon as they are sent and break easily. A dashboard updates itself from the source, shows the same numbers to everyone and lets you click a figure to see what is behind it.
Yes. Each person only sees the screens their role needs, data stays in accounts you own, and access can be removed at any time. We follow GDPR and avoid copying personal customer data when totals are enough.
You own the dashboard, the data connections and the accounts, with no lock-in, and we include support after launch. To start, book a free 30-minute call: we pick the numbers you need most and propose a first dashboard with a fixed price.
On a free 30-minute call we'll see where AI or a custom system can save you hours, and tell you if it isn't worth it.
